Memberships started from a gift card are a subscription, and will continue after the gift period is over. Once the gift card is used up, the membership fee will be charged to the card on file provided at sign up.

Gift cards go towards the recipient’s initial subscription purchase, and any leftover amount is added to their account in the form of a credit. That credit can then be applied to item purchases, bonus items, express shipping, or their next month's membership payment.

Memberships started from a gift card begin on the day of sign up, and bill on the same day each month thereafter.

Gift cards can be applied to any membership type.
